AMELIA
Amelia is a substitute teacher by day and a retail worker by night, she is from Boone County, WV, USA. She recently fell in love with the world of British soaps in 2023 when she stumbled across a scene from 2018 of Vanessa and Charity from Emmerdale. It was onward from there when she fell in love with Emmerdale and then Coronation Street. She decided to make a podcast about two Americans talking about British soaps. On Stateside Street, she is known as the “prediction queen”, as most of the predictions she’s made during recordings have come true!
Callisto
Callisto is a writer, composer, and filmmaker from Baltimore, MD USA. She is a long-time soap fan, having started watching U.S. soaps when she was twelve. She’s been a fan of British soaps for the last eight years. She often does character analyses, breakdowns, and reviews.
